In case several short lengths of one size are ordered, EEW will always make use of the price worthy combi-length production of up to 13.2 metres in length and subsequently cut into pieces on a modern automatic band saw. Pipes of up to diameter 1,250 mm can be sawn; larger pipes are oxy-cut or plasma-cut.

Our clients are correct in expecting always best service. Depending on the project, we produce structural pipe components according to our point to point construction service. This service contains detail engineering from the AFC drawing until the delivery of ready to assembly pipe components. References of more than hundred projects back up our performance.

EEW performs all shapes of end bevels / tapers on several end-facing machines.

EEW performs CNC cuts of all kinds of holes into the pipe, including weld seam preparation according to drawing.

Circumferential welds are our speciality for which we run a separate production which is equipped with special machines. Per month, the average production capacity of circumferential welds is more than 700.

Pipes of limited tolerances have always been part of EEW's production range. Modern calibration presses are installed. This represents a considerable improvement of our capacity and thus the output of pipes for the machine construction.

Welded spools will be pre-fabricated according to client drawings.

We perform pre-fabrication of pressure vessels according to our clients' requirements as follows:

• Circumferential welding of several shells at each other
• CNC cutting of nozzle openings
• CNC cutting of nozzle saddle profiles
• Assembly of dished ends, flanges, and other pieces

All pipes and constructions are heat treated according to requirements in several furnaces of size up to 5,500 mm width, 4,700 mm height and 13,200 mm length. Furthermore pipes can be inductively heat treated up to 1,600 mm O.D. and air/water cooled, if required.

In cooperation with qualified subcontractors we are in a position to supply components with complete machining of the internal and external surfaces.

All kinds of surface treatment can be supplied, beginning with shotblasting, a simple temporary rust protection up to special multilayer coatings and plastic coatings.
