Integrated Management System
The EEW Group's Integrated Management System (IMS) establishes the systematic and structural mapping of the process landscape in the context of the organization on the basis of the three specialist areas as follows:
- Quality Management (QM): QM is a central pillar of the EEW Group's IMS - the quality management system has been certified in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001 since 1992 and has been continuously developed since then.
- Health, Safety, Environment Management: EEW considers health and safety to be the most important aspects of our business activities. All EEW factories are certified according to ISO 45001 standard for occupational health and safety management system.
- Energy Management: Onsite energy efficiency will continue to be a primary focus as we see it as an important component to not only optimize eco-efficiency, but also to improve the efficiency of our processes.
The IMS works together in a coordinated manner in these functional areas in order to pursue the company's objectives in the best possible way and to ensure compliance with external requirements.
We use the synergies resulting from cooperation within the IMS to drive sustainable improvements. The IMS provides us with an overall view of the fundamental company processes.
Through the IMS, we are in close contact with our specialist departments between EEW Holding and the individual production sites in order to move forward together with the entire group of companies.
